「赤紫と緑のコンツェルト」

- Concerto in Violet and Green -

　アサガオの葉の形が面白かったので、それを主題に、紫の花をアクセントの暈けにつかって一枚まとめてみました。薄い葉の先端にピンを合わせるのに一苦労。この辺りはミラーレスの機能がとても役立ちます。ミラーレスは一眼レフと異なりシャッターを切った瞬間、ファインダーに今撮影した写真が表示させることができます。そのため狙いの場所にピントが来たかどうかがシャッターを切った瞬間に分かるため、ピントがくるまで連写すればOK。この際、ピントはピントリングではなく体（あるいは腕）を前後させて調整するほうが確度が高いです。

一眼レフでは、撮影後モニターに表示して確認するか（これは老眼の身にはしんどい作業）、何枚か撮っておいて運良くピントがあってればOKと運任せにするしかなかったのでとても助かってます。

    　I found the shape of the leaves of the morning glory interesting, so I used it as the main subject and the purple flowers as an accent to create a single image. I had a hard time focusing on the tips of the thin leaves. Mirrorless cameras are very useful in this area. Unlike single-lens reflex cameras, mirrorless cameras can display the current shot in the viewfinder the moment the shutter is released. In this case, it is better to adjust the focus by moving your body (or arm) back and forth instead of using the focusing ring.

With an SLR camera, I had to either check the picture on the monitor after taking it (which is a hard task for my aging eyes) or take a few shots and leave it to chance that the picture was in focus.
