強い日差しの中に咲いているムラサキツユクサを逆光側から露出プラス補正で撮ったら花が輝いて写りました。

花の下にある葉はカメラ方向に向かって付いているのですが、これも光っているような暈け方をしてくれています。

この花を撮るときは白トビ警戒と、ハイキーよりもローキーが似合うとの固定観念から、いつもマイナス補正で撮っていたのですが、ものぐさで一つ前のショットでプラス補正したままファインダーを覗いてびっくりです。

色々と試してみることの大切さを改めて感じました。

I took this backlit photo of a purple daphne blooming in strong sunlight with positive exposure compensation, and the flower shines in the photo.

The leaves below the flower, which are facing toward the camera, are also shining.

I had always taken pictures of this flower with a negative correction, because I was wary of white blur and because of the stereotype that low key is better suited than high key.

I was surprised when I looked through the viewfinder with the positive correction in the previous shot. I was reminded of the importance of experimenting.
