「Mehr Licht!(もっと光を)」

- More light -

　「もっと光を」とはかのゲーテの最期の言葉として有名ですが、まさに、この１０日間ほどの天候はそう言わせます。被写体が限られてくると、自分の発想の貧困さを思い知らされることになります。雨を避けながらいつもの観葉植物ユッカについた水玉を覗きながらまとめた一枚。露出はマイナスに補正、他の水玉の光を円暈けとし背景の緑をアクセントに入れてみました。色温度は少し下げています。

    "Mehr light (More light)" are the famous last words of Goethe, and the weather for the past ten days has made me say so. When I am limited in the number of subjects I can take, I am reminded of the poverty of my ideas. This is a shot I assembled while avoiding the rain and looking at the polka dots on my usual houseplant, Yucca. I compensated for the negative exposure, and used the light from the other polka dots as circular vertigo to accent the green of the background. The color temperature was lowered slightly.
