色々調べていくと庭に植えてある観葉植物はやはりユッカの園芸種らしい。

リュウゼツランにも似ているが、リュウゼツランは幹をほとんど形成しないが、ユッカには幹があるとのこと。

庭の観葉植物には幹があるのでユッカということになる。

いづれにしても細長い葉が特徴です。

この作品もそうですが、マクロレンズで撮影するとその見かけとはまったく違うイメージを見せてくれる面白いモチーフです。

ファインダーを覗いてみないと作品のイメージが固まりませんが、一先ず肉眼で当たりをつけておいて、カメラを向け、最初にファインダーに飛び込んでくるイメージの印象を大切にするのがコツです。

考えすぎるとわけが分からなくなってシャッターを切れなくなってしまいます。

最初の印象を覚えておいて、その印象をもっとも強く表現できるフレーミング、ピント位置を調整してシャッターを切ります。

Like this work, it is an interesting motif that shows a completely different image from its appearance when photographed with a macro lens.

The technique is to first get an idea of the subject with the naked eye, then point the camera at it and cherish the first impression of the image that pops into the viewfinder.

If you think about it too much, you will lose your bearings and won't be able to release the shutter.

Remember your initial impression, adjust the framing and focus position that best expresses that impression, and release the shutter.
