The metropolis on ice

TAMRON SP 180mm F/3.5 MACRO using 31mm Extension Tube on monopod

Shutter Speed = 1/640 sec, ISO = 1600, AE = +/-0, 

Color temperature = 4550K

今朝は曇り空でしたが冷え込んで薄氷が張りました。

氷の発色に太陽の光は不可欠です。

曇り空では光量が足らないと思っていました。

案ずるより、まず、覗け。

発色度合いは日差しがあるときより格段に良い。

日差しが強いと反射光が邪魔をして色が見えなくなる感じです。

ただし、光量は少なくなるのでシャッタースピードに注意して

ISO感度を上げる必要があります。

暈けを小さくするためF8まで絞りました。

PLフィルター使用。

The sky was cloudy this morning, but it was cold and there was a thin layer of ice.

Sunlight is essential for the coloration of the ice.

I thought there was not enough light in the cloudy sky.

Rather than worrying about it, first take a shot.

The degree of coloration is much better than when there is sunlight.

When the sunlight is strong, the reflected light gets in the way and the colors become invisible.

However, the amount of light is reduced, so be careful with the shutter speed.

You will need to increase the ISO sensitivity.

I aperture down to F8 to reduce the vertigo.

PL filter used.
